There will not be a meeting in May, but please join us on June 27 to hear from a physical therapist who will talk about designing, supervising and revising an exercise program. Come learn how exercise can be helpful in managing many MS symptoms. The June meeting is also a good way to spend some productive time with people who understand firsthand what you're experiencing.

The Multiple Sclerosis Support Group is your chance to have a voice about your life with MS in a setting where you can feel safe, confident and understood.

You can share your story, with all its achievements, challenges, hopes and frustrations, and exchange information with people who live some of your experiences first-hand. The support group serves as a guide to services and resources and an update on what's new in treatment and research.
