That's A Fact: Ballroom dancing can reduce some of the symptoms associated with Parkinson's. Dance therapy can improve blanace and coordination. Dancing is an effective way to reduce anxiety as well.
Parkinson's disease can give you a new perspective on life. Share it.

We will be off for the holidays in November and December then back to kick of the new year on January 23, 2019 with the Two Left Feet Foundation. Rick Tvelia will be discussing ballroom dancing and Parkinson's.

Rick and a client with Parkinson's will include a demonstration and share their experience with ballroom dancing. What a great way to start the new year!

It's also a good opportunity to share your story, with all its achievements, challenges, hopes and frustrations with individuals who understand the challenges of managing MS.

And as a note for your calendar, with the upcoming holidays, we will be off in December but back to start the New Year on January 22, 2019.
